Or maybe you are relaxed and enjoying summertime and want to reconnect to or deepen your practice?
In either case, if you feel the call to disconnect for a day from daily routines, social media and the internet and connect to yourself, your inner sources and practice with a group, join us for this day of mindfulness.
The retreat will be in English, guided by three of us who are MBSR Teachers certified by IMA: Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches, which is the oldest training institute for mindfulness based approaches in Europe. During the day, we will guide you in different sitting meditations and meditations in movement and end with a short sharing of those who would like to share. All you need is a good internet connection and a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.

PREREQUISITE
This retreat is suitable for individuals who either completed the 8-week MBSR program or have at least 3 months of meditation experience.
