This retreat is suitable for individuals who either completed the 8-week MBSR program or have at least 3 months of meditation experience.

The retreat will be in English, guided by three of us who are MBSR Teachers certified by IMA: Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches, which is the oldest training institute for mindfulness based approaches in Europe. During the day, we will guide you in different sitting meditations and meditations in movement and end with a short sharing of those who would like to share. All you need is a good internet connection and a quiet space where you will not be disturbed.

INFORMATION ON TRAINERS
Ayşe Dayı, PhD
After completing her bachelors degrees in Psychology and Political Science & International Relations and PhD in Human Development & Family Studies and Women’s Studies, Ayşe conducted research and activism and taught in universities in the U.S., Turkey, Switzerland and Germany on gender, psychology and women’s health/sexuality. During this time she continued her Tai Chi, Qiqong, Reiki and Meditation training and practice. Ayşe lives in Berlin and is currently providing courses, programs and consultation to individuals and institutions with her platform Orca Dreams: Platform for Mindful Living. She is an MBSR Teacher certified by IMA: Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches and is a member of the Association of MBSR-MBCT Mindfulness Teachers (Verband der Achtsamkeitslehrenden MBSR-MBCT).
Mateja Lenarčič, MScBA
As the founder and director of Medius: Institute for mindfulness and mediation, Mateja leads professional MBSR: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction trainings, workshops and programs for organizations and individuals, including specific workshops of mindful communication and mindful dialogue and individual counseling based on MBSR. With more than 20 years of experience in the business world and good knowledge of companies, Mateja gives trainings on mindfulness-based leadership and stress management at work. Through her work she aims to contribute to developing transparent business and organizational cultures based on mutual respect and understanding and to the development of individuals who manage stressful situations and live in harmony with themselves and their working environment. Eva is a psychologist who specializes in developing individuals and groups through mindfulness approaches, understanding own internal experience and working with the attitudes to it, as well as working with stress reactions. Eva completed internationally certified long-term MBSR teacher training with Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches in Berlin and a mindfulness teacher training accredited by UK Complementary Medical Association. She is also an internationally certified coach. Eva has over 15 years of experience in the business, HR and leadership development in a global technology company where she held management positions in different countries. She founded and runs Mindmoments.
