We want our children to feel safe, happy and free in a world that can feel noisy and too fast. How can we help our children to be liberated from their habits of anger, anxiety or perfectionism? This workshop is a kind space to learn practical ways to nourish mindfulness, happiness and care for ourselves and each other.
