Happy Families

Creative Mindfulness for Your Whole Family

We want our children to feel safe, happy and free in a world that can feel noisy and too fast. How can we help our children to be liberated from their habits of anger, anxiety or perfectionism? This workshop is a kind space to learn practical ways to nourish mindfulness, happiness and care for ourselves and each other. Children don’t do what we say; they do what we do – by learning together as a family, you help them to create sustainable habits for life. We can give our children the resources to care for anxiety and strengthen wellbeing.

In this practical workshop your family will explore:

  • creative ways to bring their attention to this moment
  • a mindfulness song to feel grounded and peaceful
  • ways to recognise what we are feeling inside and offer kindness to ourselves

Families come all kinds of shapes and sizes, with children, without children, with mom & dad, with mom & mom, with dad & dad, with grandpa/grandma, with siblings taking care of each other and more.. We invite all families, and whomever from the whole family (and generations) who would like to attend.
