I have two types of meditation classes. Ones where I have teach mainly sitting meditation and others where I combine movement (warm up exercises and basic qiqong practices) with sitting meditation. Using it in my own daily practice as well, I find that bodywork and sitting meditation complement each other wonderfully, connecting the physical, energetic with the mental (the training of the mind).
