Honoring My Sacred Feminine
Women’s Healing Circle on Gender, Body & Sexuality
For many years the toxic masculine with its misguided and unskilled ways of being in the world and on earth has dominated the societies with its violent (self and other-destructive) ways.
This has been causing much chaos, depletion of the earth, severe suffering of individuals and societies through extreme inequalities caused by the misguided desire for power and wealth. Now we see the whole world and our planet (GAIA -motherearth) going through a change that is bringing back the power to the sacred feminine that it deserves while leading to a redefinition of the masculine.
Supporting this wave of increasing consciousness, Ayşe created and offers the program “Honoring My Sacred Feminine” integrating her scientific and activist knowledge on women’s health and sexualities with the wisdom of mindfulness practices.
The program is offered as a women´s healing cricle to groups and institutions in Turkish and English. See below for the latest offerings of this program.
If you are interested to experience this program with your group or offer it in your institution, please get in touch with us through the link below.

RE-MEMBERING AND HONORING MY SACRED FEMININE:
A WOMEN’S CIRCLE ON GENDER, BODY, & SEXUALITY
WHAT WILL HAPPEN?:
It will be a collective exploration of our femininity to:
- liberate our minds and bodies of the cultural notions of shame, guilt, imperfection, limited expression in the world
- to discover and reconnect to our Sacred Femininity, to the ancient wisdom of our bodies and sexuality, and
- create new ways of being that are more healing, balanced and whole.
The format of the course will be a women’s sharing circle, held for 8 weeks.
Using readings, films, writing exercises, artwork, movement, meditation and sharing of our own experiences from childhood to now in a safe environment, we will explore together topics such as gender, historical degradation of the feminine, body image, childbirth, menstruation, motherhood, and close with the session on re-membering and reuniting with the Sacred Feminine.
