These are mindfulness workshops offered to groups and institutions, appropriate for children, youth and adults. Programs have been and can be made together with the group or the organization, to best suit their needs.
Themes are stress reduction, body and mind awareness, holistic health, physical and psychological balance and more. Workshops include presentations of information, small and large group activities, sharing of experience, meditation and movement.
Most recently, Orca Dreams held the workshops “From Grief to Joy: A Sound and Meditation Workshop” co-organized with Duygu Muziktherapie in Berlin (May 30, 2021) and the workshop”Tending Ourselves, Tending the World: Introduction to Mindfulness for Activists/Academics at Risk” at the Philipp Schwartz and InspireEurope Stakeholder Forum 2021 (April 17, 2021).
